A mother's letter

My sweet girl, when you realize I am getting older, be patient at me. Above all, try to understand of what I will be going through.
Whether while we are talking I repeat many times one same thing, do not interrupting me saying: “you’ve just said this a minute ago”. Just listen to, please. Try to remember when you were a child and I night by night read the old same story to make you fall asleep.
When I refuse talking shower, do not get upset even drive me crazy. Do you remember when you were a child I run after you giving fool excuses to make you go under the shower?
When you perceive I am not good at new technologies, give me time to learn but don’t throw me that weird glance. Darling, remember how patiently I taught you lots of things: such as eat properly, dress up, comb the hair and handle with our lifetime everyday troubles.  Again, I ask you to be patient when you figure out I am getting older.
Occasionally, if I get lost into a conversation, if I don’t get it give me time. Do not be nervous, freaked-out or rude. Only remember, within your heart, the most important thing for me is be near you.
And when I get older and my legs no longer respond to the speed as before, give me your hand the same way I did when you were first stepping.
When this day has come, do not be sad, stay with me understanding while I ending my live with love. I will thank you for the time and joy we could share to each other. With a grin and love that I always had for you, I just want to say I love you my daughter.
